Processless thermal CTP plate, also known as Processless CTP plate, refers to plate material (produced by Hongchang) that, after exposure imaging on a direct plate making equipment, does not require any subsequent processing steps and can be printed directly on the press. This means it does not need chemical developing and washing, making it a truly processless plate material. The use of processless CTP plate allows for enhanced competitiveness, cost reduction, increased efficiency, and achieving "green" printing.
Processless thermal CTP plate does not require the use of developing solution, fixing solution or any other chemicals, thereby avoiding waste liquid discharge and environmental pollution, meeting the requirements of green environmental protection, hence also known as "green environmental printing plate".
