1050, 1050A, 1060, 1070 Photopolymer Plate Aluminum Substrates
1-Series photopolymer plate aluminum substrates are made from 1050, 1050A, 1060, and 1070 aluminum sheets as the supporting material for photopolymer plates (such as PS plates and CTP plates). These substrates provide the necessary mechanical strength and physical stability to ensure that the plate does not deform or shift during the printing process. Aluminum substrates have high aluminum content, excellent corrosion resistance, and good machinability.
Aluminum Substrate Material:
1050, 1060, and 1070 are industrial pure aluminum (aluminum content ≥ 99.5%), characterized by high ductility, low impurity content (Fe/Si ≤ 0.4%), and excellent chemical corrosion resistance, making them suitable for photopolymer plates (PS/CTP) as substrates.
These substrates are often used in the H18 cold-rolled hardened state (tensile strength ≥ 120MPa), balancing strength and surface flatness (tolerance ≤ ±0.005mm).
