1050 160 1070 aluminum coil for CTP / PS base plate
Aluminum coils for CTP/PS base plates are mostly made of high-purity aluminum alloys, such as 1050, 1060, 1100, etc. The aluminum content of these alloys is ≥99.50%, ≥99.60% and ≥99.00%, respectively. They have the advantages of high purity, low density, good formability and stability.
PS/CTP aluminum base plate is a sheet made of aluminum alloy billets rolled into a certain thickness by hot rolling and cold rolling. The surface of the sheet is treated with a specific process and coated with a layer of photosensitive resin, and then dried to make a printing plate for various purposes.
CTP/PS aluminum substrate specifications:
Alloy | 1050, 1060, 1070, 1100, 1052, etc. |
Temper | H18 |
Thickness | 0.15mm-0.30mm, thickness tolerance is ±0.005mm |
Width | 100-1600mm |
Length | 100-16000mm |
Performance advantages of aluminum coil for CTP/PS base:
1. Good formability and processability
2. Corrosion resistance
3. Good thermal conductivity and heat dissipation
4. Environmentally friendly and recyclable
5. High-quality surface
6. High economic efficiency
CTP also has strict requirements on the surface quality of aluminum substrate, including clean and flat surface, no cracks, corrosion pits/spots, vents, scratches, folds, marks, peeling, pine branch patterns, oil marks and other defects. There are also clear requirements for the cutting quality of aluminum coils. For example, there should be no burrs or ruffles on both sides of the aluminum coil after longitudinal cutting to ensure the geometric size accuracy and stiffness of the plate.
Application scenarios of CTP/PS plates:
1. Printing factory: used for plate making of various printed materials such as newspapers, magazines, advertisements, and packaging.
2. Publishing industry: used for printing and plate making of high-precision books and periodicals.
3. Packaging industry: used for plate making of printed materials such as packaging boxes and labels.
